Our Irish operation works consulting-first with European clients. Our Brazilian operation carries product engineering and our own platform. The same people move between both, which is why a decision taken for a client in Dublin is informed by a system we operate in Brazil.
It also means a client gets European delivery standards and Brazilian engineering capacity without managing two suppliers, two contracts and two versions of the same conversation.
