Six systems, one operation, and nobody sure which number is real.
Agribusiness retail typically runs the counter on one system, the warehouse on another, online sales on a third, tax documents on a fourth and the ledger on a fifth. Each one is defensible on its own. Together they produce a business where the same sale exists in four versions.
The cost is not the software licences. It is the hours spent reconciling, the stock sold twice, the invoice issued against the wrong item, and the decision taken on a number that was already out of date when it was read.

A sale at the counter and a sale online reduce the same stock, generate the same kind of order, produce the same tax document and land in the same ledger. Nothing is re-keyed between steps, because there are no steps between systems.
03 · Modules
What the platform covers.
The ERP and the marketplace are the same system.
Most agribusiness retailers run an ERP for stock and finance and a separate storefront for online sales, then spend the month reconciling the two. Here the sale that happens at the counter and the sale that happens online are the same record, so there is nothing to reconcile.
Point of sale
The counter, working from the same stock as the marketplace. What leaves the shelf in the shop is gone online in the same moment.
Inventory
Available stock is physical stock minus what is reserved, recalculated on every sale. Every movement is recorded and cannot be edited afterwards.
Orders
A cart with three sellers becomes one purchase and three orders, because each shop accepts, picks and dispatches on its own, and the money held for one cannot depend on another shop delivering.
Tax
Tax documents issued from the sale that generated them, with the item, the buyer and the value already known.
Finance
Receivables, seller payouts and escrow released against proof of delivery, so the money moves when the goods did.

Confirmation happens where the goods arrive, not where the tracking says they should have.
Disputes
When the two sides disagree, there is a process and a record: who decided what, and when.
