Privacy Policy
Last updated: 28 August 2026.
This policy explains what personal data Futurelink Solutions collects through futurelinksolution.com, why we process it, and what you can ask us to do about it. It is written to satisfy both the GDPR, because we are established in Ireland, and the LGPD, because we operate in Brazil.
Who is responsible
Two entities share responsibility depending on where you are. Futurelink Solutions Limited, 12A Lower Main Street, Lucan, Dublin, K78X5P8, Ireland, is the controller for visitors in Europe. Futurelink Solutions LTDA, CNPJ 57.915.532/0001-76, Rua Carlos de Laet, 48, Sala 1, Jardim Maria Rosa, Campinas, São Paulo, 13052-400, Brasil, is the controller for visitors in Brazil. Requests about your personal data can be sent to the address at the end of this page, and are answered by the same team for both entities.
What we collect
Only what you send us. When you use the contact form we receive your name, company, email address, telephone number if you provide one, the country you selected, what you said you need, and your message. We also record the page the form was sent from and any campaign parameters in the URL, so we know how you found us. We do not buy personal data and we do not collect it from third parties.
Why we process it, and on what basis
We use your details to answer your enquiry and to continue that conversation. Under the GDPR the basis is your consent, given by ticking the box on the form, together with our legitimate interest in responding to a business approach. Under the LGPD the basis is your consent and the preliminary steps of a contract. If you accept measurement cookies, we also process usage data on the basis of that consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Who else processes it
We use three providers, and only these. Amazon Web Services hosts the website and serves it. A mail delivery service operated by Futurelink on Railway infrastructure carries your enquiry to our inbox. Google Ireland Limited processes usage data for measurement and advertising, and only if you accepted cookies. We do not sell personal data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not pass it to anyone else except where the law requires it.
Where it goes
Because we operate in Ireland and Brazil, data you send may be transferred between the two. Transfers out of the European Economic Area rely on the safeguards permitted by the GDPR, and transfers into and out of Brazil follow the requirements of the LGPD.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data is kept while the commercial conversation is live and for 24 months after the last contact, so we can pick the conversation up again if you come back. After that it is deleted. Measurement data, when you have accepted it, is retained by Google for 14 months. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.
Your rights and how to exercise them
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct or delete it, object to processing, ask us to restrict it, ask for portability, and withdraw consent. Write to the address at the end of this page; we answer within 30 days. Withdrawing consent does not undo processing that already happened lawfully. For the purposes of the LGPD, the person responsible for personal data protection at Futurelink is Fernando Lima, reachable at the same address. If you believe we handled your data badly you can complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland or to the ANPD in Brazil.
Cookies
What we store in your browser, and the choice you have over it, is described separately in our cookie policy. Nothing beyond what the site needs to function is loaded before you accept.
Changes to this policy
When this policy changes we update the date at the top of the page. Material changes to how we process data are announced on the site before they take effect.
